The Biggest Hearthstone Tournaments
Blizzard has just revealed this year’s plans for Hearthstone Esports. Hearthstone top players have long awaited additional information regarding the game’s future. Sadly, the outlook is not optimistic.
There will be seven big tournaments this year, including three Seasonal Championships, the 2023 Hearthstone World Championship, and three Lobby Legends for Battlegrounds. The only way to qualify for the main (and only) events will be via the ladder; there will be no qualification tournaments or smaller Masters Tours. The three qualifying periods will span January to March, April to June, and July to September, respectively when Heartstone best teams compete. Invitations will depend on a player’s Legend season finish (or MMR Battleground finish), earning them points.
This year’s hearthstone tournament will not admit any Chinese players due to the recent announcement that Blizzard games will no longer supply its services in China (after the partnership with NetEase expired). It could change if a new publishing arrangement is reached to bring Blizzard titles back to China. The good news is that all tournaments will be on YouTube and Twitch and drops for every event. The future of Hearthstone esports appears bleak due to this and other factors, including the absence of foreign broadcasts.

Hearthstone Tournaments Ranking Tables
The Hearthstone tournament rankings rate players according to their career-long performance in all tournaments and qualifiers in which they participate.
For a while now, the Hearthstone tournaments rankings have utilized a proprietary algorithm designed to reward consistency, a modification tailored to the best esports games and scenes. The rankings also consider “tournament relevance,” which means that winning the World Championship is more significant than winning a weekly $100 open cup. The significance of Esports tournaments is decided by several factors, including their format, offline/online status, prize pool, invitational/partially open/open status, HWC point status, and more.
Most professional HS Esports players derive most of their money from live streaming rather than tournament earnings. [12] In 2014, the project coordinator for Kinguin, Giovanni Varriale, revealed that Hearthstone was among the most popular games on Twitch, with “thousands of fans spending hours watching the best players in Hearthstone compete.”
World Championship
The Hearthstone World Championship is the official world championship for Hearthstone and the finale of the Hearthstone Grandmasters system. Each year, the HS World Championship brings together the eight greatest players in the world, two each from the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and China. The World Championship HS final competition gives significant monetary prizes to the competing players and bestows upon the champion the coveted title of Hearthstone World Champion. The prizing makes part of the World Championship HS best moments. The Hearthstone tournament 2022, featuring a prize pool of $500,000, ended. The contest had the lowest audience numbers in the series’ history.
Lobby Legends
Each Hearthstone Esports Lobby Legends event will feature the best Ladder players from the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, and China. Through the Lobby Legends prize pool, each match will award points in the same manner as on Day 1, but to win, a competitor must achieve a minimum of 20 points and then take first place in a match. If both conditions are met, a player can only leave the second Battlegrounds: Lobby Legends Hearthstone tournament with the championship and $10,000 prize. The latest Lobby Legends winner is SeseiSei, the champion of Battlegrounds Lobby Legends #6, after missing the previous major event.
Golden Team League
Golden Team League is the most popular Hearthstone tournament in Asia. Here, teams from the Asian region battle against one another for the title of HS Esports champion and an enormous prize pool. In the HS Golden event, the winnings can reach tens of thousands of dollars, which is phenomenal for online card game tournaments.
From 2020-05-03 through 2020-10-06, the Hearthstone Golden Team League 2020 was held. This is according to Golden Team League statistics. Participants competed for a prize worth $2,81,700. The total amount of the team’s winnings was $2,81,700. One of the Golden team league-best teams is Brave Star Gaming.
